Making a Purchase
Your selected item can be purchased online from our 'Shop' pages - add the selected item to your shopping cart, using the 'Add to Cart' button, it can then be purchased using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay for your item by Credit or Debit card.
If we are unable to supply the item selected we will offer an alternative. You do not have to accept an alternative and can cancel your order.
We reserve the right not to accept your order.
Prices quoted on our website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices including VAT are displayed unless otherwise indicated.
From time to time prices of items will be updated and changed. This will not affect the prices of confirmed orders. If the price of an order that has not been confirmed changes, we will allow you the option of cancelling your order.
We accept payment via PayPal. PayPal do not share details of your payment method with us. Despatch of goods ordered will be expedited once payment is cleared.
All products include the manufacturers guarantees and warranties.
Shipping and Delivery
Our prices cover our standard mode of despatch and delivery. We are unable to give times and dates of a delivery.
Within mainland UK shipping of stock items is usually within 3 days depending on region and carriers schedules.
For non-stock items delivery times may vary. If an item is not in stock, we will advise you of an anticipated delivery time.
Weekend or orders placed on a Bank or Seasonal holidays will be processed on the first working day.
Free Shipping Promotions only apply to items ordered on-line.
Orders for delivery within mainland UK are charged in accordance with the details on our website. Parts of Scotland & the Highlands may incur an additional carriage charge. Delivery outside the mainland UK will be subject to additional carriage charges. If additional carriage charges apply we will contact you for agreement before accepting your order.
We do not accept responsibility for consequential loss suffered by the Purchaser for delayed or non-delivery of goods.
If goods are received damaged or short you must advise us within 3 working days of receipt. Failure to do so may result in your claim for short shipment or damages being declined by the carrier.
If packaging is visibly damaged you should sign for the goods as damaged if the carrier will not let you check the items. Alternatively you have the right to refuse delivery of damaged goods. Items not marked as damaged may not be eligible for claims under shipping damages.
Requests to return goods must be agreed with us by email.
You must provide your original order and despatch details and the reason for requesting a return.
Some goods, sale items and custom products may not be eligible for return.
Returned goods and packaging must be in original condition.
It is the purchasers responsibility to return goods and packaging to us in original resale condition.
Agreed returns must be accompanied with an approved Returns Note and reference obtained from us. An agreed returns note has a validity of 14 days from issue - returns made after 14 days may be refused. We reserve the right to refuse any returns received without agreement and a Goods Return Note or reference.
Delivery discrepancies must be notified within 3 days, failure to do so may result in a claim for missing goods being declined.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If items are received damaged or faulty please inform us and follow our returns policy procedure, within 3 days of receipt.
Faulty items may require verification by the manufacturers before a replacement can be issued.
If items are reported faulty during the manufacturers warranty period - covering faulty workmanship and materials - the manufacturers terms and conditions apply.
Manufacturers may offer to repair or replace a faulty item. Some manufacturers will require a faulty item for inspection, before sending a replacement.
Time scales for inspection and verification by a manufacturer will differ for each manufacturer.
If an item is inspected by the manufacturer and determined not to be faulty, then we reserve the right to charge for carriage and any fees applicable.
Carriage for returning faulty items may be covered by the manufacturer, they may wish to collect your item or offer to refund any return postage incurred by you.
We are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement. We will not disclose, sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
